A property sale, traced from beginning to end.
A more informed next step
Fictional teaching example · not a client case
Meera sells a property and uses the proceeds.
- Acquisition: how did she originally pay for the property? Locate purchase, ownership and underlying source records.
- Sale: connect the sale agreement to the buyer’s payment and any loan settlement or deductions.
- Receipt: reconcile the net sale proceeds with the bank statement, including any co-owner’s share.
- Transfer: map each account and currency conversion through to the investment. Explain any third party.
- Review: we coordinate the document review with a recommended attorney and any cross-border tax or remittance specialists needed before transferring.
A sale contract and a current bank balance alone may leave the acquisition history and intermediate transfers unexplained.

Discuss your source-of-funds plan.
Bring a high-level outline and any evidence gaps. We coordinate the preparation; a recommended attorney reviews the source and transfer path. Do not send financial documents with an initial enquiry.
